First collection pre-orders

Estimated dispatch: 27 November 2026. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. This is the date we expect to send your order, not its arrival date. Delivery time starts after dispatch. If the estimate changes, we will contact affected customers.

In-stock orders

In-stock orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days. This processing window does not apply to pre-orders, which follow the dispatch estimate shown on the product page. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery: £3.99, estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Free standard delivery on orders over £60.
• Express delivery, where offered at checkout: £6.99, estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch. Express delivery does not bring forward a pre-order dispatch date.

International delivery

Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Europe 5–10 business days; United States and Canada 7–14 business days; other supported destinations 10–20 business days. Customs processing may add time. Import duties or taxes may apply; any amounts collected at checkout are shown there.

Dispatch updates & tracking

We will email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking information where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delayed or missing orders

Please email info@intavida.com with your order number if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
